After finding Jeffrey and Jermaine as strays in West Philadelphia, it didn't take rescuers long to realize there was a one-of-a-kind bond between these two strays. The two aren't just litter mates, they're teammates. Jermaine acts as a guide to his brother Jeffrey, who is blind. These two are now looking for a forever-home TOGETHER.
