All of us have our own bedtime rituals. We can’t really close our eyes and completely doze off until we do these things others might find weird. Some people have to wear a certain color of underwear or they could never fall asleep. Some have to have their lights dimmed the right way. Some circle the bed a couple of times (dogs do this quite often). Watson the Australian Labradoodle has to chew on his favorite toy in order to fall asleep.
