Rosie the chihuahua was rescued from a hoarder/backyard breeder and became the poster pup for this type of dangerous inbreeding. This sweet, lovable girl brought so much love to all she touched, and helped to spread awareness about a very important issue. She passed away a few days ago, and her beautiful spirit will be missed.
