Research conducted by Dr. Lori Kogan from the Colorado State College of Veterinary Medicine looked into the effects of relaxing sounds for dogs in stressful environments. The behaviors of 117 shelter dogs exposed to classical music and heavy metal music were evaluated. The classical music helped calm the dogs exposed to it, while the heavy metal music had opposite results.

While researchers work to better understand what playing certain types of music can do for dogs, we do know that relaxing sounds and music do affect their physiological processes.

Many dogs are just not big enough to get to what they want — much like this adorable bichon frise. This dog breed might not be taken too seriously, as they are basically giant balls of puff! If a bichon frise were to put its head down, you might mistake him or her for a huge cotton ball.

In a video below, the determined dog can be seen attempting to get on the table. There must have been something very appealing up there to get her so worked up.

But despite her efforts, it looks like she is just too tiny to get up there! Or perhaps the giant poof of fur on her head weighed her down. Better luck next time!

There’s really something about dogs that just make our hearts burst, especially cute little puppies! Agree?! This pint-sized pooch in the video below is no exception. The video shows a Husky puppy enjoying a bike ride with its human and doing its best to “contribute.” You’ll see this sweet puppy adorably pedaling with his cutie little paws. His paws dangle mid-air while strapped into a harness attached to its human’s chest. As his owner pedals the bike, the pups tiny legs move in pedaling motion.

AWW! This sweet little pup might think he’s doing all the work! This is so cute!

Adorable Golden Retriever Puppies Swing Time

What could be better than playing on a swing on a warm day? Why doing it with a bunch of Golden Retriever puppies that’s what!

These sweet little pups are having fun on a yellow swing and are just sitting on it wrestling with each other.

At one point, one of them jumps or falls off and then another one does the same, leaving two of the four cute pups left playing on the swing. They continue to wrestle and chew and play with each other.

Swings are usually for children, but these little pups are like little children for sure and maybe that’s why the swing was put there for their enjoyment.

They sure look like they are having a blast.
